These Terms govern your access to VouchEx marketplace, wallet interfaces, and escrow-assisted peer-to-peer trades. By using the platform you agree to trade only through published offer terms and applicable compliance tiers.

Escrow & non-custodial trading

VouchEx facilitates smart-contract or provider-assisted escrow locks. You retain control of private keys via integrated wallet providers. We do not guarantee counterparty performance beyond escrow rules and dispute processes described in product documentation.

Third-party risk waiver

When an offer permits third-party fiat payments, you acknowledge that funds may originate from accounts not matching the buyer's verified identity. You waive claims against VouchEx for losses arising from third-party chargebacks, recalls, or compliance holds where you elected to accept such payments after reviewing the in-app disclaimer.

Liability release

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VouchEx and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including market volatility, network congestion, or user error when sending assets to incorrect addresses. Aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid to VouchEx in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disputes & arbitration

Trade disputes follow the escrow timer and evidence rules shown in the trade room. Platform-level disputes may require KYC-matched identity and uploaded proof before manual review.
